We treat every tier in our meal prep company with respect; we even have a motto for everyone who walks in to work. “Good to Great” means that we are always striving to do better so we can bring our customers a better experience. Culinary

When we practice “Good to Great” we are making sure our product is top quality in every sense. Every morning there is a routine meeting to go over important notes to remember for the day like organization and communication from the line cooks to the kitchen managers. We are always increasing variety so our clients will never get bored and be able to mix up their eating habits. We make sure our flavor is never subpar when we are introducing new items to our menu. Our culinary department is always delivering consistency so they’re not missing a single ingredient to enhance the freshness. Every task is just as important whether it’s washing the dishes or mixing ingredients into a side dish. Even when we ameliorate our performance by a single percentage we increase the value of our services to the public.

Logistics

One of our teams is in charge of making sure the entire delivery process goes smoothly from hiring to execution. We hire the best drivers behind the wheels transporting our fresh meals to every client every week. That’s because our Logistics Team is planning out the routes and training the drivers so the meals being delivered aren’t out of the kitchen for too long. They are always on top of everything that happens for our regular clientele as well as other partnerships. This includes tasks like distributing new weekly menus via email and maintaining customer service. They make sure the delivery drivers are updated on more efficient routes to get the food delivered faster. Serving as a detrimental piece of the company, they make sure every tasked objective is done efficiently.

Purchasing

Meal Prep Sunday makes sure to have representatives check the freshness of each ingredient we receive. They make sure they are getting it from the best local source and it’s fresh and distinguished. We are always on a search for better and fresher local produce to give our clients a new experience every time. We’re always looking for new suppliers, new products, and a new process to make the work easier on our end. Our purchasing manager Lucas makes sure we are getting the best grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, organic ingredients, and wild-caught fish. Every week he will contact local suppliers to test ingredients and get the highest quality product possible. These ingredients are then taste tested by the executives to make sure they work well with the upcoming week’s menu.

Customer Service

The backbone of every business is customer service because it keeps everything aligned. Whether it’s by phone, email, or our social media platform our representatives are quick to assist potential or subscribed customers. Modifying our services with daily improvements will help us provide you with better customer service. It’s very convenient for us to have someone to help if we have a question or if we’re having problems with our account. Our office is always working to resolve any problem within minutes so you can use that time on the rest of your day. We are trying to be on top of any way we can fabricate solutions and direct them to our system so we can avoid these problems in the future.

Marketing

Our marketing team works daily on keeping our social media updated, writing blogs to keep our customers informed, creating the menus every week, putting together fresh content, and so much more. They’re constantly working on educational works to let everyone, subscribed or not, know what we do. Each member of the marketing team is thinking of different ways of increasing engagement and spreading awareness every week. We are consistently thinking of ways of saving people money while educating them on the services we offer on a weekly basis. We work on newsletters, YouTube videos, and blogs presenting many insights into what we do. Our company is always presenting ways of saving time and stress so you can be the better part of you. If the people enjoying our meals are taking advantage of the healthy lifestyle we are offering then they will stick to it and achieve their goals sooner.

Operations

Each member in the office represents a vital position in terms of reinforcing the experience for every department. Keeping morale in the workplace is principle and the leader of each department is in charge of maintaining a comfortable mindset amongst the team. The operations team overlooks every division inside and outside of the facility to increase productivity. They use apps like Crisp and Grasshopper to have better communication with our clients, our #1 priority. Their daily task is to make sure that our motto is being applied to our work ethic. They’re at the forefront of keeping “good to great” alive and well! 

System Operation

No one is perfect, and that’s why we have a synergistic team to work with. This is the team that catches mistakes and finds the origin so these issues don’t happen again. Our meal prep services include everyone involved and aren’t limited to just the customer. Like any problem it’s important to identify where it came from so we can create an algorithm to avoid it. We make sure our clients’ wants are a need for us in terms of satisfying their requests. There is always room for improvement, and improving communication amongst our staff and consumers. If we have any situations brought to our attention we would prefer to respond as promptly as possible.

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your subscription, meal selection, upgrades/downgrades, plan changes, product removals, delivery address modifications, and all related services.

Cut-Off Time
Delivery Address, Meals Selection, Upgrade/Downgrade, Change Plan

To maintain a high level of service, all changes to your order (including cancellations, skipping meals, updating delivery addresses, meal selections, upgrades/downgrades, or product removals) must be made before Wednesday at 12:00 PM each week.

After the cut-off time:

  • All changes are final.

  • Credits may be used where applicable, but they are provided as a courtesy, not an entitlement.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from changes submitted after the cut-off time.

Requests must be submitted through your online dashboard. Changes requested through other channels (email, phone, etc.) will not be processed.

Delivery Address Modification
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can modify your delivery address or instructions through your dashboard. Changes made before the cut-off will apply to your upcoming delivery.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM): The delivery address will be locked.Delivery Address Mod three credits to request adjustments.

    • Credits must be used before Saturday at 10:00 AM to apply to the current week’s delivery.

    • Changes after Saturday at 10:00 AM cannot be processed.

    • Credits unused by Saturday at 10:00 AM will expire for that week’s delivery.

 
Meal Selection
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Monday 6 PM – Wednesday 12 PM): New menus are posted weekly. You can update your meal choices during this window. If no selection is made, meals will be selected automatically based on your saved preferences and restrictions.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM): The meal selection section will be closed.Meal Selection You may use available credits to adjust your meals, subject to

    • Credits must be used before Saturday at 10:00 AM.

    • Changes after Saturday at 10:00 AM cannot be accommodated.

 

Extra Cost – Meal Selection
Some meals include an additional $1.00 charge per serving for selections beyond the first two servings.
    • 2 servings = Standard price.
    • 3 servings = Standard price + $1.00.
    • 4 servings = Standard price + $2.00.

Look for the designated icon when selecting meals.

Change Plan (Goal, Gender, Calories)

Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 pm): You can modify your plan settings, including goals, gender, and other parameters in your calculator, through your dashboard account before Wednesday at 12 pm. Changes made within this timeframe will be reflected in your upcoming delivery.

Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 pm): If you need to adjust your plan settings after the cut-off time on Wednesday at 12 pm, the updates will be applied to the following week’s delivery. Unfortunately, changes to the current week’s plan

 
Upgrade/Downgrade Meal Plan
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM):
    You may upgrade or downgrade your plan before the cut-off. Changes will apply to the upcoming delivery.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM):
    You may still request an upgrade/downgrade for the following week.

    • Upgrades: Additional charges apply immediately.

    • Downgrades: A non-refundable 20% fee of the downgraded product price applies.

All charges and fees related to upgrades and downgrades are final and non-refundable.

 

Remove Product Plan (Meals, Juices, Shots, Meals by Pound)
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can remove any product plans through your dashboard. Changes will be applied to your upcoming delivery.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM): You may remove products for the following week’s delivery.
    A non-refundable 20% fee of the product’s price will be charged for post-cut-off removals.

 

Prior to Dispatch: You may update your delivery address at no charge before your bag has been dispatched.

Post-Dispatch (within 2 miles): If the address change is within a 2-mile radius, no fee will apply.

Post-Dispatch (beyond 2 miles): A $7 fee will apply to cover the additional logistics needed to reroute your delivery.

Post-Dispatch (unable to return): If the bag cannot be returned and a new delivery must be prepared, a 50% fee of the original order value will apply.

If you receive an incorrect meal or quantity, we will arrange a re-delivery to replace the missing or incorrect items.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations.

In the unfortunate event that your bag is stolen after delivery, we offer a 50% discount on the cost of a replacement bag. This policy is designed to help minimize the inconvenience and ensure you continue to receive your meals without significant delay or additional cost. We understand how important it is for you to stay on track with your meal plan, and we are committed to supporting you in such situations.

  • Client Mistake: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missing instructions, or last-minute delivery changes:

    • Recovered Bag: A $7 re-delivery fee will apply.

    • Unrecoverable Bag: A 50% discount will be offered on a replacement bag.

  • Pre-Cut-Off (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You may skip any week by submitting your request through your dashboard. No charges will apply, and deliveries will resume automatically the following week.

  • Post-Cut-Off (After Wednesday 12 PM):

    • Your skip request will apply to the next week’s delivery.

    • For urgent situations, you may opt to:

      • Adjust your delivery day or address with no extra cost.

      • Cancel the delivery with a 20% penalty fee applied, refunding the remaining balance.

  • Pre-Cut-Off (Before Wednesday 12 PM): Cancel any upcoming delivery through your dashboard before Wednesday at 12 PM to avoid charges and pause your subscription.
  • Post-Cut-Off (After Wednesday 12 PM):The cancellation will apply to the aollowing week’s delivery.

    • For urgent cancellations, you may:

      • Adjust delivery details without penalty.

      • Cancel fully by paying a 20% penalty, with a refund of the difference.

Billing is processed automatically every Wednesday for the upcoming week’s meals.
This schedule ensures timely meal preparation, minimizes food waste, and secures fresh ingredients for your orders.

Credits Usage Policy

  • Each subscription includes up to three credits for post-cut-off changes.
  • Credits must be used by Saturday at 10:00 AM to apply to the current week’s delivery.
  • Unused credits by that time will expire for that delivery week.
  • Credits are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed for all change requests.


Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Policy

Service Disruptions
