Meals can’t be customized or substituted individually, but you can select the meals you prefer each week.

Post-Dispatch (beyond 2 miles): A $7 fee will apply to cover the additional logistics needed to reroute your delivery.

Incorrect Items Received

Credits Usage Policy
Each subscription includes up to three credits for eligible post-cut-off changes.
Credits must be used by Saturday at 10:00 AM to apply to the current week’s delivery.
Credits not used by the applicable deadline cannot be applied retroactively to that week’s delivery.
Credits are provided as a courtesy and do not guarantee that every requested change can be accommodated.
All requested changes remain subject to operational availability and Meal Prep Sunday’s ability to accommodate the request.
Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Policy
If you believe a charge is incorrect or have a billing dispute, we encourage you to contact Meal Prep Sunday first so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law or through your financial institution.
Meal Prep Sunday reserves the right to respond to and dispute chargebacks that we believe are invalid, inaccurate, or inconsistent with the services provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment network rules.
