Cut-off times are essential deadlines that ensure smooth and efficient service for our clients and deliveries. They help maintain the organization and predictability of our operations, allowing us to purchase ingredients and schedule our team for preparation. Any changes to your order after this time may result in wasted products.

 

Please note that we only accept requests made through our website using the procedure outlined above to ensure that your request will be implemented as asked. Requests made through other communication channels will not be applied.

 

Cancellation

Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You may cancel your upcoming delivery through your dashboard anytime before Wednesday at 12 PM (noon). If you cancel within this window, your subscription will be paused, no charges will be applied, and no delivery will occur for the upcoming week.

Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM): If you cancel after Wednesday at 12 PM, the cancellation will automatically apply to the following week’s delivery. You will still be charged, and the meals will be delivered as scheduled.  As a second option after the cutoff we offer options like changing your delivery day or address. Alternatively, you can choose to cancel with a penalty fee to avoid meal be delivery, what means that you delivery gonna be fully canceled and the difference between the fee and the amount charged gonna be refunded to you, following the below information:

  • 5 meals: $15
  • 10 meals: $20
  • 15 meals: $25

 

Skipping

Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You may skip your upcoming delivery by making the request through your dashboard account before Wednesday at 12 pm. During the skipping process, you’ll select the week you want to skip, and your subscription will automatically reactivate and process the order for the following week. No charges will be applied for the skipped week, and you will not receive a delivery.

Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM): If you decide to skip your delivery after the cut-off time on Wednesday at 12 pm, your request will apply to the following week’s delivery. You will still receive and be billed for the current week’s delivery.

  • If you need to skip after the cut-off, please contact us. We can offer options like changing your delivery day or address. Alternatively, you can choose to skip with a penalty fee to avoid meal delivery:
    • 5 meals: $15
    • 10 meals: $20
    • 15 meals: $25

 

Delivery Address Modification

Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can easily modify your delivery address or instructions through your dashboard account before Wednesday at 12 pm. Any changes made within this timeframe will be applied to your upcoming delivery.

Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM): If you need to update your delivery details after the cut-off time on Wednesday at 12 pm, these changes will be applied to the following week’s delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t make adjustments to the current week’s delivery once the cut-off time has passed.

 

Meal Selection

Pre-Cut-Off Time (Monday 6 pm to Wednesday 12 pm): Our service operates on a subscription basis, providing a new menu each week. To update your meals, visit our website between Monday at 6 pm and Wednesday at 12 pm. If you do not make a selection, our system will automatically choose meals based on your preferences and restrictions.

Post-Cut-Off Time (Wednesday 12 pm to Monday 6 pm): After the cut-off time, the meal selection section will be closed. If plans change, you can use up to three credits to make adjustments. These credits are valid throughout your subscription period and must be used by 12 pm on Saturday. Changes made with these credits will be applied to the current week’s delivery.

Flexibility in Heating Options! You have the convenience of reheating our meals using either a microwave or a stovetop pan.

Stovetop Heating

This is our top choice for reheating. It takes a bit longer, but enhances flavor and texture for the best experience!

Put all the ingredients into a skillet with minimal cooking oil or spray. Cook on Medium Heat.

Add the sauce if needed. Some sauces are meant to be heated with the meal while others are for post-heating.

Stir to ensure even heating. Cook until the meal reaches your desired temperature

Serve the meal back into the container to avoid more dishes

EASIEST WAY

This is easiest way of reheating your meals. It’s super covenient and great if you’re on the go

Air fryer

EASIEST WAY

The air fryer is the easiest and healthiest way to reheat your meals quick, convenient, and perfect for a crispy finish!

Add the Meal

Remove the plastic film and take out the sauce cup. Transfer all contents from the container to the air fryer basket or a sheet pan.

Add the Sauce

If needed, add the sauce before heating (some sauces are best heated, others added after—check our weekly menu email).

Heating

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

Where to keep the meals

To ensure your meals stay fresh and safe

Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon receiving the bag.

Meals remain safe to consume for up to 7 days after delivery.

Freezing is not recommended. If freezing is necessary, transfer meals from the Sunday Meal Prep Containers to regular Tupperware.

How is delivery process

Our delivery process ensures your meals arrive fresh and on time

Confirmation

Before dispatching, our driver will send a text message to confirm the dispatch time on the designated delivery day.

Meal Transportation

Meals will be transported in a thermal bag with an ice pack, with the amount of ice calculated based on the time the meals will spend outside the facility.

Temperature-Controlled

The meals will maintain the proper temperature for two hours following drop off time.

4

Delivery

Upon delivery, the driver will send a text message along with a photo of the meals placed directly in front of the delivery door.

Bags & Ice

To keep your food fresh

Our containers are made from BPA-free, recyclable material, and the plastic used for sealing is disposable.

Our containers are microwave-safe, but for oven reheating, customers should use a sheet pan and transfer the food from the meal prep container.

The bags provided are reusable. We kindly request customers to return them each week by placing them in front of their door for our driver to collect. This helps minimize waste through sanitation and potential reuse at our facility.

Cut-Off Time and Subscription Management: What You Need to Know

Meal Selection Cut-off window:

Monday at 6:00 PM to Wednesday at 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)

To help us reduce waste and ensure smooth and efficient service, please update your subscription meals for the week during the selection window.

 

If you miss the cut-off, you can still make up to three changes between Wednesday at 12:00 PM and Saturday at 12:00 PM (PST). After using your three changes, no further updates will be allowed, and you will receive the default meal selections for the upcoming week.

Skip Delivery

Before Cut-Off (Wednesday 12 PM)

You can skip your upcoming delivery by managing it in your account. No fees will apply, and you won’t be charged for the skipped week.

 

After Cut-Off

If you skip after the cut-off, the change will apply to the following week’s delivery. Alternatively, you can skip with a penalty fee to avoid the current week’s delivery.

Before Cut-Off (Wednesday 12 PM)

You can cancel your subscription without penalty before the cut-off. No meals will be delivered, and no charges will apply.

 

After Cut-Off

Cancelations after the cut-off will take effect the following week. To cancel immediately and avoid the current delivery, a penalty fee may apply.

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your subscription, meal selection, upgrades/downgrades, plan changes, product removals, delivery address modifications, and all related services.

Cut-Off Time
Delivery Address, Meals Selection, Upgrade/Downgrade, Change Plan

To maintain a high level of service, all changes to your order (including cancellations, skipping meals, updating delivery addresses, meal selections, upgrades/downgrades, or product removals) must be made before Wednesday at 12:00 PM each week.

After the cut-off time:

  • All changes are final.

  • Credits may be used where applicable, but they are provided as a courtesy, not an entitlement.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from changes submitted after the cut-off time.

Requests must be submitted through your online dashboard. Changes requested through other channels (email, phone, etc.) will not be processed.

Delivery Address Modification

  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can modify your delivery address or instructions through your dashboard. Changes made before the cut-off will apply to your upcoming delivery.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM): The delivery address will be locked.Delivery Address Mod three credits to request adjustments.

    • Credits must be used before Saturday at 10:00 AM to apply to the current week’s delivery.

    • Changes after Saturday at 10:00 AM cannot be processed.

    • Credits unused by Saturday at 10:00 AM will expire for that week’s delivery.

 
Meal Selection

  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Monday 6 PM – Wednesday 12 PM): New menus are posted weekly. You can update your meal choices during this window. If no selection is made, meals will be selected automatically based on your saved preferences and restrictions.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM): The meal selection section will be closed.Meal Selection You may use available credits to adjust your meals, subject to

    • Credits must be used before Saturday at 10:00 AM.

    • Changes after Saturday at 10:00 AM cannot be accommodated.

 

Extra Cost – Meal Selection
Some meals include an additional $1.00 charge per serving for selections beyond the first two servings.
    • 2 servings = Standard price.
    • 3 servings = Standard price + $1.00.
    • 4 servings = Standard price + $2.00.

Look for the designated icon when selecting meals.
This policy supports our sustainability efforts and helps maintain the quality and freshness you deserve.

Change Plan (Goal, Gender, Calories)

Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 pm): You can modify your plan settings, including goals, gender, and other parameters in your calculator, through your dashboard account before Wednesday at 12 pm. Changes made within this timeframe will be reflected in your upcoming delivery.

Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 pm): If you need to adjust your plan settings after the cut-off time on Wednesday at 12 pm, the updates will be applied to the following week’s delivery. Unfortunately, changes to the current week’s plan

 
Upgrade/Downgrade Meal Plan

  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM):
    You may upgrade or downgrade your plan before the cut-off. Changes will apply to the upcoming delivery.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM):
    You may still request an upgrade/downgrade for the following week.

    • Upgrades: Additional charges apply immediately.

    • Downgrades: A non-refundable 20% fee of the downgraded product price applies.

All charges and fees related to upgrades and downgrades are final and non-refundable.

 

Remove Product Plan (Meals, Juices, Shots, Meals by Pound)
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can remove any product plans through your dashboard. Changes will be applied to your upcoming delivery.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM): You may remove products for the following week’s delivery.
    A non-refundable 20% fee of the product’s price will be charged for post-cut-off removals.

 

Prior to Dispatch: You may update your delivery address at no charge before your bag has been dispatched.

Post-Dispatch (within 2 miles): If the address change is within a 2-mile radius, no fee will apply.

Post-Dispatch (beyond 2 miles): A $7 fee will apply to cover the additional logistics needed to reroute your delivery.

Post-Dispatch (unable to return): If the bag cannot be returned and a new delivery must be prepared, a 50% fee of the original order value will apply.

If you receive an incorrect meal or quantity, we will arrange a re-delivery to replace the missing or incorrect items.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations.

In the unfortunate event that your bag is stolen after delivery, we offer a 50% discount on the cost of a replacement bag. This policy is designed to help minimize the inconvenience and ensure you continue to receive your meals without significant delay or additional cost. We understand how important it is for you to stay on track with your meal plan, and we are committed to supporting you in such situations.

  • Client Mistake: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missing instructions, or last-minute delivery changes:

    • Recovered Bag: A $7 re-delivery fee will apply.

    • Unrecoverable Bag: A 50% discount will be offered on a replacement bag.

  • Pre-Cut-Off (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You may skip any week by submitting your request through your dashboard. No charges will apply, and deliveries will resume automatically the following week.

  • Post-Cut-Off (After Wednesday 12 PM):

    • Your skip request will apply to the next week’s delivery.

    • For urgent situations, you may opt to:

      • Adjust your delivery day or address with no extra cost.

      • Cancel the delivery with a 20% penalty fee applied, refunding the remaining balance.

  • Pre-Cut-Off (Before Wednesday 12 PM): Cancel any upcoming delivery through your dashboard before Wednesday at 12 PM to avoid charges and pause your subscription.

  • Post-Cut-Off (After Wednesday 12 PM):The cancellation will apply to the aollowing week’s delivery.

    • For urgent cancellations, you may:

      • Adjust delivery details without penalty.

      • Cancel fully by paying a 20% penalty, with a refund of the difference.

Billing is processed automatically every Wednesday for the upcoming week’s meals.
This schedule ensures timely meal preparation, minimizes food waste, and secures fresh ingredients for your orders.

Credits Usage Policy

  • Each subscription includes up to three credits for post-cut-off changes.
  • Credits must be used by Saturday at 10:00 AM to apply to the current week’s delivery.
  • Unused credits by that time will expire for that delivery week.
  • Credits are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed for all change requests.


Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Policy

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us directly to resolve the matter.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through us is a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to dispute any unauthorized chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Service Disruptions

We are not responsible for failure to deliver services or for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, natural disasters, or transportation issues.

Force Majeure

In cases of acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, pandemics, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control, we shall be excused from obligations without liability.
