Do you offer a one-time trial without subscription commitment?

Absolutely! Once you sign up for a plan, you’re automatically enrolled in our weekly subscription service. However, if you’d like to pause your subscription without any ongoing commitment, it’s easy to do so. Simply head to My Account and select Suspend Account to place your account on hold. This pause is completely free of charge. We’ll look forward to hearing your feedback, and when you’re ready to continue, just reactivate your account at any time. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make your experience as convenient and flexible as possible.

Meal Selection

To update your meals, visit our website between Monday at 6 pm and Wednesday at 12 pm. If you do not make a selection, our system will automatically choose meals based on your preferences and restrictions.

Post-Cut-Off Time (Wednesday 12 pm to Monday 6 pm): After the cut-off time, the meal selection section will be closed. If plans change, you can use up to three credits to make adjustments. These credits are valid throughout your subscription period and must be used by 12 pm on Saturday. Changes made with these credits will be applied to the current week’s delivery.

Delivery Address Modification

How does billing work?

Changing Your Address After Dispatch? Here’s What to Know!

Prior to Dispatch: There will be no charge for changing the delivery address before your bag is dispatched. This allows for flexibility in your plans and ensures that your meals are delivered to the correct location.

Post-Dispatch: If the delivery address is changed after dispatch and the driver are 2 miles radius change,  no charge will be applied. Otherwise, a $7 fee will apply. This fee covers the additional logistical efforts required to redirect the delivery.

Post-Dispatch without Return Possible: If the delivery address is changed after dispatch and the driver cannot bring the bag back, a 50% fee will apply. This policy helps cover the costs associated with preparing and delivering a new bag to the updated address.

Are there any penalties for putting the subscription on hold?

Not at all, you can pause your subscription at any time and resume it without penalty.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your subscription, meal selection, upgrades/downgrades, plan changes, product removals, delivery address modifications, and all related services.

Cut-Off Time
Delivery Address, Meals Selection, Upgrade/Downgrade, Change Plan

To maintain a high level of service, all changes to your order (including cancellations, skipping meals, updating delivery addresses, meal selections, upgrades/downgrades, or product removals) must be made before Wednesday at 12:00 PM each week.

After the cut-off time:

  • All changes are final.

  • Credits may be used where applicable, but they are provided as a courtesy, not an entitlement.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from changes submitted after the cut-off time.

Requests must be submitted through your online dashboard. Changes requested through other channels (email, phone, etc.) will not be processed.

Delivery Address Modification

Upgrade/Downgrade Meal Plan

    You may still request an upgrade/downgrade for the following week.

    • Upgrades: Additional charges apply immediately.

    • Downgrades: A non-refundable 20% fee of the downgraded product price applies.

All charges and fees related to upgrades and downgrades are final and non-refundable.

 

Remove Product Plan (Meals, Juices, Shots, Meals by Pound)
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can remove any product plans through your dashboard. Changes will be applied to your upcoming delivery.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM): You may remove products for the following week’s delivery.
    A non-refundable 20% fee of the product’s price will be charged for post-cut-off removals.

 

Prior to Dispatch: You may update your delivery address at no charge before your bag has been dispatched.

Post-Dispatch (within 2 miles): If the address change is within a 2-mile radius, no fee will apply.

Post-Dispatch (beyond 2 miles): A $7 fee will apply to cover the additional logistics needed to reroute your delivery.

Post-Dispatch (unable to return): If the bag cannot be returned and a new delivery must be prepared, a 50% fee of the original order value will apply.

If you receive an incorrect meal or quantity, we will arrange a re-delivery to replace the missing or incorrect items.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations.

In the unfortunate event that your bag is stolen after delivery, we offer a 50% discount on the cost of a replacement bag. This policy is designed to help minimize the inconvenience and ensure you continue to receive your meals without significant delay or additional cost. We understand how important it is for you to stay on track with your meal plan, and we are committed to supporting you in such situations.

  • Client Mistake: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missing instructions, or last-minute delivery changes:

    • Recovered Bag: A $7 re-delivery fee will apply.

    • Unrecoverable Bag: A 50% discount will be offered on a replacement bag.

  • Pre-Cut-Off (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You may skip any week by submitting your request through your dashboard. No charges will apply, and deliveries will resume automatically the following week.

    • For urgent situations, you may opt to:
