At Meal Prep Sunday, our goal is to make your subscription simple, flexible, and stress-free. These Terms & Conditions explain how things work, like meal selections, deliveries, and plan changes, so you always know what to expect. By placing an order, you agree to these guidelines, which help us serve you better every week.

Cut-Off Time
Delivery Address, Meals Selection, Upgrade/Downgrade, Change Plan

To keep everything running smoothly, any changes to your order—like cancellations, skipping a week, updating your address, choosing meals, or adjusting your plan—need to be made before Wednesday at 12:00 PM. This helps us prepare your meals fresh and get them delivered on time.

After the cut-off time:
  • Your order is locked in so we can get everything prepared just right
  • Credits may be used where applicable, but they are provided as a courtesy, not an entitlement.
  • Please note that any changes submitted after the cut-off time will not be processed for the current week’s delivery.

All updates should be made through your online dashboard so everything is clear and tracked. Requests sent by email, phone, or other channels won’t go through—this helps us avoid mix-ups and keep your order accurate.

Delivery Address Modification
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can modify your delivery address or instructions through your dashboard. Changes made before the cut-off will apply to your upcoming delivery.
  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM): Once the cutoff passes, your address is locked for the week. But if something comes up, you can still use one of your credits to request a change.
    • Credits can be applied up until Saturday at 10 AM to update the current week’s delivery.
    • After Saturday at 10 AM, changes can’t be made and will apply starting the following week.
 
Meal Selection
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Monday 6 PM – Wednesday 12 PM): Each week, new menus go live on Monday evening. You’ll have until Wednesday at noon to pick your meals. If you don’t make a selection, don’t worry—we’ll automatically choose meals for you based on your saved preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Post-Cut-Off Time (Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM): Once the window closes, the meal selection page will be locked. If you’d still like to make a change, you can use one of your available credits.
    • Credits must be applied before Saturday at 10 AM for the current week.
    • After that time, changes can’t be made and will carry over to the following week instead.
Extra Cost – Meal Selection

Some meals come with a small additional charge of $1.00 per serving if you choose more than two servings. This helps us cover the extra cost while still keeping your plan flexible.

    • 2 servings = Standard price.
    • 3 servings = Standard price + $1.00.
    • 4 servings = Standard price + $2.00.

Change Plan (Goal, Gender, Calories)

Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 pm): You can update your plan anytime before the cutoff—this includes goals, gender, and other settings in your calculator. Just make the changes in your dashboard, and they’ll be reflected in your upcoming delivery.

Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 pm): Changes made after the cutoff will take effect for the following week’s delivery. This ensures we can prepare your meals accurately for the current week.

 
Upgrade/Downgrade Meal Plan
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM):
    You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime before the cutoff. Changes will take effect for your upcoming delivery.
  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM):
    You can still request an upgrade or downgrade, but it will apply to the following week.
    • Upgrades: Any extra charges will be applied immediately.
    • Downgrades: A small non-refundable fee of 20% of the downgraded product price will apply.

All charges and fees for upgrades and downgrades are final. This helps us keep your plan accurate and ensures we can continue preparing your meals smoothly each week.

Remove Product Plan (Meals, Juices, Shots, Meals by Pound)
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can remove any product from your plan through your dashboard, and the change will apply to your upcoming delivery.
  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM): You may remove products for the following week’s delivery.
    A small non-refundable fee of 20% of the product’s price applies for these late removals.

Up until Wednesday at 12:00 PM:
You can update your delivery address anytime in your account—no credits or fees needed.

From Wednesday 12:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM:
You can still request an address change, but it will require using one of your available credits.

After Saturday at 10:00 AM:
The address is locked for the upcoming delivery so we can finalize everything and ensure your meals arrive on time.

If you ever get a meal or quantity that isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’ll arrange a re-delivery to fix it.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want every order to meet your expectations.

If your bag is ever stolen after delivery, we’ve got you covered! We’ll provide a 50% discount on a replacement bag to help minimize any inconvenience. We know staying on track with your meal plan is important, and we’re committed to supporting you so you can keep enjoying your meals without major disruption.

If a delivery can’t be completed because of something outside our control—like missing delivery instructions, gate access issues, requests for driver phone calls, or if no one is available to receive the order—additional fees may apply.

  • If the bag is recoverable:
    When it’s safe and practical for us to pick up and re-deliver your bag, a small $7 re-delivery fee will apply to cover the extra trip.

  • If the bag is not recoverable:
    In situations where the bag can’t be returned (for example, due to timing or food safety concerns), the meals won’t be usable. In this case, we can prepare and deliver a replacement order at 50% of the original order value.

We take every precaution to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, but it is the client’s responsibility to provide complete, accurate delivery information and to ensure accessibility at the time of delivery. These policies are in place to maintain the safety and quality of your meals.

  • Pre-Cut-Off (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can skip any week easily through your dashboard. No charges will apply, and your deliveries will automatically resume the following week.

  • Post-Cut-Off (After Wednesday 12 PM):

    • Skip requests will apply to the next week’s delivery. For urgent situations, you still have options:

      • Adjust your delivery day or address with no extra cost.

      • Cancel the delivery with a 20% penalty fee applied, with the remaining balance refunded.

  • Pre-Cut-Off (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can cancel any upcoming delivery through your dashboard to avoid charges and pause your subscription.
  • Post-Cut-Off (After Wednesday 12 PM):Cancellations will apply to the following week’s delivery. For urgent situations, you still have options:

    • Update your delivery details without any penalty.

    • Cancel the delivery entirely with a 20% fee, and we’ll refund the remaining balance.

Billing happens automatically every Wednesday for the following week’s meals. This helps us prepare your meals on time, reduce food waste, and make sure you always get the freshest ingredients possible.

Credits Usage Policy

Service Disruptions

Sometimes unexpected things happen that are outside of our control—like extreme weather, supply chain issues, labor shortages, or transportation delays. While we always do our best to stay on schedule, we can’t be held responsible for disruptions caused by these events.

Force Majeure

Cut-Off Time

To maintain a high level of service, all changes to your order (including cancellations, skipping meals, updating delivery addresses, meal selections, upgrades/downgrades, or product removals) must be made before Wednesday at 12:00 PM each week.

After the cut-off time:

  • All changes are final.

  • Credits may be used where applicable, but they are provided as a courtesy, not an entitlement.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from changes submitted after the cut-off time.

Requests must be submitted through your online dashboard. Changes requested through other channels (email, phone, etc.) will not be processed.

Delivery Address Modification
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You can modify your delivery address or instructions through your dashboard. Changes made before the cut-off will apply to your upcoming delivery.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM): The delivery address will be locked.Delivery Address Mod three credits to request adjustments.

    • Credits must be used before Saturday at 10:00 AM to apply to the current week’s delivery.

    • Changes after Saturday at 10:00 AM cannot be processed.

    • Credits unused by Saturday at 10:00 AM will expire for that week’s delivery.

 
Meal Selection

Extra Cost – Meal Selection
Some meals include an additional $1.00 charge per serving for selections beyond the first two servings.
    • 2 servings = Standard price.
    • 3 servings = Standard price + $1.00.
    • 4 servings = Standard price + $2.00.

Upgrade/Downgrade Meal Plan
  • Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM):
    You may upgrade or downgrade your plan before the cut-off. Changes will apply to the upcoming delivery.

  • Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM – Saturday 10 AM):
    You may still request an upgrade/downgrade for the following week.

    • Upgrades: Additional charges apply immediately.

    • Downgrades: A non-refundable 20% fee of the downgraded product price applies.

All charges and fees related to upgrades and downgrades are final and non-refundable.

Post-Dispatch (beyond 2 miles): A $7 fee will apply to cover the additional logistics needed to reroute your delivery.

Post-Dispatch (unable to return): If the bag cannot be returned and a new delivery must be prepared, a 50% fee of the original order value will apply.

If you receive an incorrect meal or quantity, we will arrange a re-delivery to replace the missing or incorrect items.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations.

In the unfortunate event that your bag is stolen after delivery, we offer a 50% discount on the cost of a replacement bag.
