Current Plan – Lunch: Blackened Ground Turkey – Blackened Ground Turkey Skillet, Cilantro Rice, Corn, Roasted Cherry Tomato, Mixed Peppers, Zucchini, Cajun Tomato Glaze (G . Turkey Blackened).
When you upgrade to 10 meals – Dinner: Mexican Ground turkey – Mexican Ground turkey Picaddillo, Onion, Carrots, Green Pepper, Tomato, Yukon potato, Japan, Garlic, serve with White rice, and Cilantro Crema. (G. Turkey Picadillo).
When you upgrade to 15 meals – Breakfast: Pancake – Orange Cranberry Pancakes w/ Yam + Bacon Hash, Scrambled Egg.
Tuesday
Current Plan – Lunch: BBQ Chicken Breast – BBQ Rubbed Grilled Chicken , Hawaiian Rice with Brown Rice, Pepper, onion, Asparagus, and Hawaiian BBQ Sauce (BBQ Chk B.)
When you upgrade to 10 meals – Dinner: Pork – Pork Cassoulet, Kielbasa, White Beans, Rutabaga, Tomatoes, Onion, Celery, Garlic, Elbow Pasta, Herb Salsa (Pork Cassoulet)
When you upgrade to 15 meals – Breakfast: Strata – Fall Vegetables Strata with Spinach, Butternut, Mushroom, Mozzarella, dill, serve with Roasted Sweet potato.
Wednesday
Current Plan – Lunch: Chicken Thigh – 5 Spice Chicken Thigh, Jasmin Rice, Eggplant, Peppers, Zucchini, Cilantro + Toasted Cashew (Chk T.)
When you upgrade to 10 meals – Dinner: Chicken Breast Seared – Seared Chicken with a Wild Rice Salad, Asparagus, Zucchini, Corn, Peas, kale, Lemon, Dill, Green Goddess (Chk B. Seared)
When you upgrade to 15 meals – Breakfast: Wafle – Yukon Potato Waffle, serve with Chorizo + Skillet, and cheesy Scramble.
Thursday
Current Plan – Lunch: Beef Chuck – Short-Rib Ragu serve with Fusilli Pasta, and Parmesan Cheese (Shredded Beef)
When you upgrade to 10 meals – Dinner: Steak – Steak Stir fry, Jasmin rice, Scramble eggs, kale, broccoli, red and yellow bell peppers, green peas, carrots, and SIRLOIN Steak with a side of our homemade Sambal sauce(Steak).
When you upgrade to 15 meals – Breakfast: Omelette – Harissa Omelet, Chickpeas, Cauliflower, Leeks, Asparagus, Peas (Cauliflower/Egg/Chickpeas)
Friday
Current Plan – Lunch: Salmon – Pan seared Salmon, Forbidden Black Rice, Steamed Green Beans, Pesto Sauce (Salmon)
When you upgrade to 10 meals – Dinner: Tilapia – Mojo Seared Tilapia, Argentinian Skillet, Basmati.
