This clean, high-protein favorite built for taste, texture, and your fitness goals appears on the menu from time-to-time. orr this week we will be preparing dill-glazed salmon. Below is a behind-the-scenes breakdown of how we prepare the dill glazed salmon throughout the week—covering the full process from portioning to packaging.

Tuesday: Portion, Sear, and Prep the Veggies

We start Tuesday by portioning fresh salmon fillets, making sure each meal meets your macro goals. Proper portioning ensures you get the protein and omega-3s you need in every bite.

 

Once portioned, the team will prepare the salmon by lighting searing it on the grill. Specifically, the team will does this to add a flavorful crust while locking in natural juices—an essential for quality meal prep salmon.

 

After searing, the team begins prepping sides. First, they will roast the tomatoes , chop the green beans—each task staged early in the week to streamline the rest.

Thursday: Glaze and Cook the Salmon
