Our purchasing and culinary teams inspect every delivery for temperature and freshness as soon as it arrives. Poultry must be stored below 39°F, and all produce gets individually inspected for ripeness, appearance, and quality. To get ahead, Monday is also when we wash and prep the bok choy—a time-consuming but necessary step for flavor and cleanliness.

Packaging day is all about balance and precision. Each meal includes:
